100% testing of all electrical components BEFORE shipping
From cable connections, fully assembled electrical boxes, and microprocessor controls, all electrical systems are fully assembled and tested on-site before shipping.
Documented chain of custody for electrical components.
Our Electrical Assembly department adheres to the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard, with a complete chain of custody from the moment electrical components arrive at Spacesaver to the time they’re shipped. Our powered mobile systems also have total system listing for UL, CUL, and CE.
Cycle testing prototypes to replicate 20 years of daily use.
To replicate 20 years of daily use, we subject our product prototypes to up to 50,000 cycles of movement. That’s the equivalent of 20 moves (10 cycles) per day x 250 business days per year x 20 years.
